If you receive the message "Access is denied", be prepared not to be able to work for a few days. You will be advised to try some scripted stuff eg. delete your cache, use a different browser, try to reset your password. While it is explicity a lock-out issue. Then you will be advised that the backoffice or "engineers" are looking into it. Then another day or two will pass.... No urgency. No time for the resolution of it. And in the mean time, no work can be done on any clients.
