Unfair staff treatment

They way they hire, with no contract shows that there is no legality in what they do, a branch consultant by the name of kekeletso from palm springs, hires and fires as she pleases, no warning, if she dislikes u, ur fired, if there's no contract, how do u know ur duties and compensation, do's and dont's complain procedure, if u are treated unfair, she used her power of authority to abuse those who are hungry and desperate for the job, anyone looking for a job never ever go to quickfin especially palm springs branch, staff are working under impression that if u don't beg her u can be fired at any given time, I was fired for no reason today, and I beg the head office to have a look at palm springs as she treats the branch like it's her mother's compound.
