Poor quality service coupled with a ****.

The qwiekfin I'm talking of is the one in George Cape area. My issue is believe I was ****med out 250 rands. All because they do not stick to their word of how long it takes to process a loan. Also that nonsense of R250 admin fee even though they've done nothing for it. My question is, is it legal to take a fee up front for work that you've not completed successfully? What is that charge R250 admin fee even though a loan is successful or not.
