Money making with other peoples life insurance

10/04/2023 I noticed on my bank statement that my life insurance policy with Quickfin it's not being deducted.i then called the call center and was told it has been canceled african unite life.I then contacted Africa unite life and was told to african unite life the contact with quckfin has ended. I made my way to the branch at vangate mall to speak to someone in person and demand some answers. The lady at Vangate mall branch informed me that I would need to take out new policy by the name of stokfelt and I'll need to take out a loan in order to get the policy.I could not understand and requested to speak to a manager and asked the Manager. I asked what happeneds to the money I've paid for the pass 4 years and the manager could not give me an answer. That's when I realized what quickfin is up to. Up-to-date I still have no feedback.i requested I refund of the payments and wanted to know what happeneds to my money that I paid towards my insurance and could get a answer. im a single mother and unemployed..what if anything happened to me and me not knowing I'm not covered.i sacrificed all that money over R5000 and I can't get a simple answer why it has been canceled and what's gonna happen to my money I paid to finrite. I can only imagine all the pensioners you guys have did this to.im not only doing this fir myself myself but for all the others out their.

I'll most definitely be going to the ombudsman and I'll be taking this yo my local radio station as well.
