Quicktech Exceptional Customer Service

This is one of a few exceptional companies, offering customer service beyond normal expectations. Subsequent to placing my purchasing order for a product, which, appeared to be fully compatible with my intended application, yet, prior to processing my purchase order, Quicktech took the trouble to establish contact, to ensure that I am purchasing a product that will match my requirement fully. It turned out that, notwithstanding the 99% match of what appeared to be compatible with my requirement, it was not, due to very salient product differences. My purchase order was immediately cancelled and full payment refunded. I was further informed when a new shipment was expected to arrive, with full compatibility against requirement and offered to be notified when the goods will be available for re-purchasing purposes! 5x Stars for AJ van Schalkwyk!
