Loan/cash loan

I had a loan with quick step finance been trying to call them their office is closed and their contact is always on voice mail. Plz assist in this regard. Am applying for a home loan am declined every time due to them. Am owing them and they have listed me on ITC. I want to pay I don't get hold of them
