We purchased 2x Centurion T12 garage motor kits from Quick SA. Upon our initial enquiry we were contacted both telephonically and via email. Neti responded immediately and competently to our questions and even discussed scouted delivery. Furthermore the pricing of Quick SA was best compared to other suppliers of this product online. The communication and professionalism displayed by Neti has been outstanding. When there was a problem with delivery ( his supplier the courier company were going through internal changes and the delay was because of the courier company). Neti kept me abreast of my delivery. Furthermore when we encountered a problem with one of the garage motor kits we contacted Centurion directly and were told to return it to the supplier. Neti arranged for the return of the motor without delivery cost to us and for its repair directly with Centurion. The service has been truly outstanding and remarkable and I would highly recommend any purchase from Quick SA. If you have a problem or enquiry liaise with Neti and he will assist you. Just great customer service and standards from this South African company that is on par with other international service providers. Just fantastic and outstanding customer service.
