QUICK IN NAME ONLY - THE REALITY IS VERY DIFFERENT

On 3 Feb 2023 I sent an email to info(at)quicksa with a query regarding an inverter which they were offering on their site. I GOT NO RESPONSE.

I attempted to get the answer via their “TechShed” communication tool on their web site. I got the automated response “We’ll reply as soon as we can”. THEY DID NOT REPLY!

Next, I filled out the “We’re here to help!” form on the “Get in Touch” page of the web site. I received an email from Quick SA [no name given]. It stated: “Hi [my name], my apologies. How can I help you?” I immediately rep**** by attaching my original [week old ignored] query.

10 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE QUICK SA’s “APOLOGY” AND “HOW CAN I HELP”. I still do not have an answer to my query!

I’m glad that I didn’t order anything. If Quick SA cannot handle a simple query, I can imagine how they would have handled an actual order.
