<p>This suppier (QOS Nakooda) operates a very ingenius, but *****ed operation. Advertsies timesharess and holidays using very crptic language and dates. There is s strong likelyhood of customers mis-understanding the actual date. Once accomdation amount is paid - no reservation number or confirmation date is receieved acknowledging the correct date. However, customer is called on the (now corrected date) to ask why customer has not booked into resort ! Once the reality of the sitautipon becomes evident, suppler says there are NO refunds as per T&C's. Please be extremely carefull when dealling with this suppler that also goes as QOB Nakooda. Very rough and dishonnest supplier.</p>
