QL Cash Loans

Good day,

About a month ago I app**** for a loan at this establishment and they kept asking me to pay money into their account for "codes" I needed to get my loan. After paying the money they requested as fast as I can they kept saying it will be the last payment. After that they requested more money from me which I refused to pay anymore money as this is unacceptable for a loan establishment to request money before paying out a loan.

They then said I can cancel the loan and they fill refund the money to me, so I said they can go ahead and cancel the loan as I need the money back urgently that I paid them.

Then they told me I will have to wait 10 working days for my money to be returned to me.

I told them this is unacceptable as they never struggled to get the money from me and that I need to pay my rent and have a 3 year old child to take care of, they are currently just ignoring all contact I'm trying to make with them and I still don't have my money back.

My whole family including my 3 year old son is currently suffering because of their incompetence.
