Total con artists. ****mers. Couldn't open my garage door, had to go to work, called them out, spent an hour, wanting me to pay R2500. Did nothing. Told me they couldn't open my door, wanted a 50 % deposit to return the following day. Thank heavens i refused the repairs. They didn't want to leave. Omw. What an infringement of privacy!

Very responsive to come out and charge you for their call out fees. Replaced a few parts then produced a card machine on the spot to make payment. Garage door is worse now (same day) than before they arrived and they ignore calls and put the phone down when you try calling them to come back to fix it correctly.

Our garage door recently broke, and we called Quick Fix Doors in Cape Town to assist with the repair. Initially, the service was excellent — they arrived promptly, fixed the issue, and we paid R3,500 on the spot. At the time, we were very happy with the service. Unfortunately, after the recent storms and power outages, we had to manually override the garage door due to the electricity being out. The door immediately broke again. We managed to get it closed, but it has been unusable ever since. We contacted Quick Fix Doors repeatedly to come back and assist, but all calls and messages have been ignored. What started as a great experience quickly turned into a very disappointing one. From hero to zero. Sadly, based on this experience, I would not recommend or use them again.
