Quick Bite Flame Grill is a sick joke !

I ordered 4 Braai Platters on Saturday the 27th of September 2025 at 11.25am. Got an email after payment went through confirming that the order will be delivered between 10-10.30am on Sunday the 28th of September 2025. On Sunday at 9.45am, 15 minutes before they were supposed to deliver, I received an email telling me that my order cannot be fulfilled. What a joke! No apology, no one phoning me to tell me personally. Nothing. Just cannot be fulfilled 15 minutes before they were supposed to delivery. And I had guests arriving at 12 noon. If Quick Bite Flame Grill thinks this is acceptable, professional, then I feel sorry for them. It leaves a bitter taste in one's mouth.
