Order marked as delivered but never received- worse experience

I placed an order from Quick Bite Flame Grill through Uber Eats, and it was marked as delivered — but I received nothing. No food, no contact from the driver. I called the store directly at ***, and the person who answered said he had no idea about my order. That’s completely unacceptable. How is a restaurant fulfilling online orders when they don’t even know about them? This was extremely unprofessional. I paid for something I never received, and there was zero help from the restaurant. This has been the worst experience I’ve had on Uber Eats. I won’t be ordering from here again.
