Q&E Industrial Supplies, Not all it seems.

First interaction with the company was great. When it came to ordering, I politely asked for a discount which 2.5% was offered. Reasonable I would say. However I was referred to another supplier that could assist with the same product I was looking for from Q&E Industrial Supplies and they offered a 15% discount. Now who could resist. Today I was contacted by Q&E requesting payment for the invoices, no discount in sight and again I politely asked to cancel the order. Which the reply from their accounts department was "Please never call us again". If that is the level of service Q&E Industrial supplies are offering, I will most definitely never call again. I don't think that is how one should treat prospective customers...
