**********!!! Refrain From Using Queue 4 You!!!

On or about the 29th of October 2018, I got in touch with Jessica Carter via a Gumtree Advert in relation to my Passport Application. . I required a passport rather urgently as intended on traveling abroad with my family during the first week of November.

I was promised by Jesseca, that my passport would be ready for collection on the 2nd of November 2018. (4 days) Having paid her a sum of R 2000.00 I went to the Home Affairs Dept in Randburg where I met someone who stood in the queue for me up and until I arrived. I was number 3 in line.

Once I had done the application and taken photos and finger prints etc, I was told that I was to pay for the actual application which amounted to +- R 400.00 On the face of the advert on Gumtree no details regarding the fact that I would have to pay for the application was anywhere to be seen. In fact during the conversation I had with Jesseca I was told all I had to do is pay the initial amount of R 2000.00 , wait +- 4 days and I would have to just come and collect my passport.

Friday (2 November) arrived and my passport was not ready for collection. I was told that the systems were offline and given an arrange of different excuses my Jesseca and her affiliate over the next two weeks. Moreover, my calls, messages and emails were often ignored for hours on end, until I was eventually blocked by Jesseca, a supposed professional businesswoman.

Nevertheless, I was informed by her affiliate almost 2 weeks after I had submitted my application that it was not in fact sent to PTA (where it is processed and printed) as yet.

However, I continued emailing Jesseca and her affiliate, to which I only received further excuses and pathetic and unprofessional service.

On the 15th of November I received an SMS saying that my passport was ready for collection. I contacted Jesseca informing her that I had just got the SMS, I was told that I must collect and if I wish not to stand in line I must pay a further R 650.00.

During the course the of this ordeal, I only spoke to Jesseca over the phone perhaps twice. After which my calls were ignored, only sloppy SMSs and Emails on the rare occasion were received.

The time it took for my passport application, was the time any normal person would have waited had they app**** through 'ordinary' means. Therefore, it can be concluded that paying over the sum of R 2000.00 was money wasted. Simply put I was a subject of *****, deception and a **** run by Jesseca Carter and Queue 4 You.

Please refrain from using the services of Jesseca Carter going forward.
