Deception and NO service - Totally unprofessional and everything smells like a ****

I engaged Jesseca Carter of Queue4you to assist in a unabridged birth certificate. Her cell number was ********** 409. What a disaster! She said it could done in 10 days. I submitted all my documents to her. 8 days into the process she suddenly asked for extra information. Then she says it is my fault the first application did not work! She actually had no clue how the process works, I discovered this after talking to experienced document support providers to Home Affairs . She provided no proof of submission and was happy to take the money . She is inconsistent, keeps changing her story, can't get the facts straight, provides no proof and we are now convinced she is a *****. Watch out! Her name is also deceptively similar to another queueing service called queue4U which I have not engaged with.
