Very UPSET!!! Service Level 0

I bought a pair of shoes on Saturday afternoon. A few minutes later I reported back to the store to return. The lady who assisted requested I come back the following day after 2 specifically. She did not make mention of the fact she had no money in her till for the refund. To my surprise on Monday after 2 she tells me she doesn't have money for the return. Then another lady( both African ladies) started asking why am I fighting, sometimes customers just fight for no reason. Let alone Thando the lady I spoke to initially was back chatting. Sorry I didn't get their names. I work with customers every day, service levels there are pethetic. I told lady 2 that she should have asked what the matter was and calm down her colleague, but in stead they both ganged up on me. Until I gave them 10 mins to sort it out, since I was not going to waste my time and petrol for undeserving people. I loved your shoes but after that incident, my chances of going back there again are slim.
