No refund

Lost my lay bye slip , and the laybye has expired they are telling me they are unable to track my laybye but we lybye with the Id they say when the laybye expires they throw the duplicateslips its not their job to save customers duplicate slips but still they are unable to get the slips on their system now they cant refund me my deposit
