No refund

On Saturday the 12.03.2015 I went to buy shoes at Queue Shoes for R549.00 and I asked the lady who was assisting me if the shoes has guarantee and she said if am not happy I can return the shoes. on Monday the 14.03.2016 my husband returnee the shoes and they indicated that they don't do refund. The sales lady said she will consult with Dirk the manager about the refund,. later that day when called they were telling me about an expired lay bye just showing that those people are confused. They did not get back to me until I called again on 15.03.2016 and I was informed that Dirk the manager is refusing to refund my money. I mean in 2016 consumer rights is not working in this shop. I use to like and buy shoes from this store until today they tell me about a policy on their website which is also not working. How many people have access to such facilities. I need my money finish.
