unprofessional services

<p>hi, i made an appointment contact number *** with Lynn the previous friday for monday 16th of may at 11.45 am, when i got to the offices at 8 Pongola Ave, Sandown Estate, Eastgate Ext. 17, Sandton, was told there is no appointment and that i should return the following day as it was an inconvience for them and not for me. i then ask to speak with the manager, which was convienantly out of the office. so after i wasted my time and petrol, i recieved no service, i call this unprofessional and would warn others to not even try to contact the company as its just pointless</p>
