Worst service and unprofessional

I was contacted by an agent from Quest on 08/07/2015 to setup a meeting between myself and one of their agents named Aneesa/Anisa with regards to an available vacancy at 08h00 on 09/07/2015.<br> <br> I got there and was instructed to wait for her in the waiting area, 30min passed and I was yet to meet with her so I went back to the reception to find out what was happening and I was informed that she was not in the building and the receptionist would contact her and inform her that I was waiting for her.<br> <br> An hour passed and she was still not able to meet with me. I was about to leave when I was stopped by another receptionist as she could see that I was irate. She called Aneesa and informed her on what was happening and she still didn't come.<br> <br> After 1h20m I decided to to leave as I was not getting any indication of what was happening, the receptionist tried to stop me the 2nd time and I informed her that I couldn't wait any longer as that was totally unprofessional. She (Aneesa) didn't even bother to contact me herself or through the reception to inform me what was happening.<br> <br> A total waste of money, I do not have as I'm unemployed, to travel there and be treated like this.
