UNPROFESSIONAL | NO COMMUNICATION

<p>I app**** for a position through Quest Staffing Solutions for a customer service agent at RCS. I went fro the interview on 21 February 2017 and it went very well, scored high on the tests that I did. I was then contacted by someone from RCS later that day to do a voice test, which also went well. After that I received 3 calls each asking me if I had customer service experience, which I think was extremely unprofessional as everything is on my CV and also they have the test results of the day of my interview to vouch for that. I asked the one lady who called if she does not have my details with her to check all this and she said no.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few days had passed and I haven't heard anything from anyone. I then mailed Melissa Castle (on 28 February 2017) who is the agent I have been dealing with and to this day I have not yet received a response and we are almost in mid March. After sending the initial email I decided to call the agency and speak to her manager, who's name I cannot recall now (but did make a note of it), she told me that the people at RCS are quite pedantic on who they hire and that Melissa is working at another one of their offices for a few days, this does not excuse her from responding to my email, I know that she is reading my mails as I have hubspot as part of my gmail to see if my mails are being read.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was assured that Melissa is doing everything in her power to assist me with finding other positions if this one is not successful and yet she does not communicate this with me herself, her manager told me. For a recruitment agency who is supposed to help people it would seem that Quest Staffing Solutions is an extremely UNPROFESSIONAL establishment. I am deeply disappointed in the service that I have received from them and would never recommend anyone to use them.</p>
