Poor service

<p>I'm dissatisfied with the service I received from Quest. I got better treatment from bogus agencies. I was called by Tebogo M. for assessments and interview however I managed to do assessments only and interview was going to be done telephonically, because they were suppose to get results from MIE about my ******** record status. I have no ******** record and so I was expecting a call, that never happened. From Monday I've been calling their office only to be told that the consultant is in a meeting or interviewing people. when I managed to get hold of her at 16:00, she told me that I must call in the morning or she will call me. When I call in the morning she is not available and she is not calling me back. when I try to leave a message I'm told to call later when I call later I still can't get hold of her. I'm still waiting for an interview to be done. I called MIE to found if they didn't send Quest incorrect information about me. Jennifer Barkhuizen of MIE assured me that there's no ******** record on my profile but I'm still waiting an interview which won't happen. 9 days later no interview done and no communication from Quest. I'm unemployed I wasted my money travelling to their office and have no interview done. I wasted money calling them, to be told to call later when I call later, I'm told to call later, when I call later, I must call in morning. I'm disappointed with their service it sucks. 9 days of calling later, didn't givee a baby but labour pains.</p>
