Kelly and quest bad sevice from accounts managers

I was being tossed and turned from accounts managers to accounts managers without any knowledge now my new accounts manager is Sylvester Govender under braam kelly and quest he has been promising to pay out my leave days but when I try contacting him sever times he's not picking up or letting me me which FNB branches need employees in all honesty I feel like he has a job because of US and we have to suffer due to him not making contact with us, I'm truly disappointed in him and his management s****s all I wamt now is to get my leave days payment and leave quest since it has hired a selfish person.
