Jolly and extremely helpful receptionist

I called Quest yesterday more than four times, at a point where I apologised for calling so many times. I got a very warm and helpful response. It's very rare where you hear someone telling you that they are there to serve you and that their job depends on my call. Judy even went the extra mile of calling the revelent people and providing me with proper info. <br> A wow service to Judy! Especially coming from a receptionist.
