I called to request a tax certificate for 2009. the call didn't even take more than 10min from the consultant that answered the phone to the one I was transferred to. within minutes of disconnecting the call, I had received an email from Katman M. with my tax certificate. I was so impressed with the service and the people really know what they are doing.
