Empty promises and error on UI19

My girlfriend requested her UI19 form from Quest as advised by Dep of Labour & was promised it within a certain period (it came 3 days late after having to follow up several times) but the employment dates were incorrect & didn't correlate with the dep.of labours dates or my girlfriends for that matter. She is now on maternity leave & needless to say she needs to apply for UIF otherwise we can't pay our bills. After requesting the document be rectified I was promised it before COB yesterday but have not received anything! Despite that it has only been 24 hours, the point is still it was promised yesterday & it has yet to arrive (same issue as 1st time) & I find it very unprofessional - as someone whos job also entails keeping clients happy I place huge value on sticking to commitments & promises & excellent customer service. I hope someone(at Quest) realises that us paying rent, accounts etc depends on them delivering their promise & actions the request immediately. Providing good service isn't dificult - Just do as you say & put yourself in your client/customers shoes so you treat them as you expect to be treated!
