Bad Attitude

I have been calling Quest because of a call centre post that they had advertised. I app**** on line and I also called in, I went through to their receptionist who is such a wonderful lady and she was willing to assist me in an instant. She listened to me as she advised that they do have post but the best person to speak to is Pretty. She transferred me to her and I explained what i was calling for she sounded so not in the mood and not interested, she said okay just send me your CV and I will get back to you,I did as I was told, that was on Wednesday (12/08). I have tried calling in and sending emails to confirm if she received but no response. Friday I decided to go myself and left my CV and still Pretty has not heard any word from her.<br> <br> We spend money to make the calls trying to get employment, it would really be nice if Pretty in your tight schedule you can just spare a few seconds to reply on the emails or at least get back to the candidate advising if they have made it or not rather than leaving them frustrated and confused.<br> <br> Thank you
