No service from Quest Shuttle Service

<p>I asked for a quote from Quest Shuttle service on the 19/8/2016, after recieving a sensible quote from them, I accepted and paid them on the 19/8/2016 R1800. The agreement was for a return trip from my adrress to OR Tambo airport. We where supposed to be collected from my address at 13h00. The time came for them to collect us, and Doreen, the owner of the business phoned me at about 12h55 to say that the driver, her son, was stuck in traffic. She couldn't say where he was, or how far from our address he was. She asked for us to wait till 13h30 for him to collect us. My husband explained to her that we couldn't wait, we had to be at the airport at 15h00. After a few calls to and fro, we decided that we couldn't wait, and had to drive ourselves. We left our address at 13h10, put petrol in our car and drove to the airport, where we left on time for Ireland. Upon return to SA, where we had to drive ourselves home, after paying R1050 for parking, I phoned Doreen to hear if she will refund me, but she was so agressive and unreasonable, I just gave up. She said I had to read her website, any cancellation had to be done 4 days in advance. I did not cancel the contract, I didn't have any other choice. The driver was late, and I can't be blamed for that! Basically I was ****** of R1800. </p>
