Lack of Customer Service

<p>Twice in the last month I made use of the Quest Petrol station in Uitenhage and on both occations the gentlemen that seved me had a lot to say when I wanted to use my bank card to pay for the petrol. He was rude and disrespectfull. The last time I wanted to see the manager and was told he is not there/ I asked for the attendants name and he said I don't need his name. I went into the little shop at the petrol station, there was 3 people insede behind the counter and they were rude as welll and didn't give me much help. THey didn't even aske for my details to give to the manager. I lodged a complained on the Quest wsebsite and to date nobody has contacted me. This is really bad customer service.</p>
