Quest Meters my account reference SHS040

<p>I moved out of the house on 28 December, after letting Quest meters and Huurkor know six weeks before the time</p> <p>I called Quest meters in December and January to find out where is my paid-up letter, else I can not get my deposit back from Huurkor, and Quest Meters also owe me R460=00 plus my account was in credit, they told me to wait till today, today calling them now they tell me next week!! I do not understand how a single parent like me should be able to live, as Quest Meters do not know how bad position it is to not have money to get to pay my new place deposit... It is all a joke, do not know if they do this on purpose or what. If I call Huurkor to pay out my deposit, they only answer, they just wait for the paid-up letter from Quest Meters, and so I went back and forth with both of the businesses... This is frustrating...</p>
