If this happens again I WILL sue!!!

In 2013, I opened my account at SuperSport gym in Bloemfontein, Langenhovenpark... My contract ended August 2014... Beforehand I canceled my contract because I couldn't afford it anymore... In the meantime in 2015, the gym switched from Supersport to Quest gym.... I DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH QUEST, and therefore My signiture and Quest gym has NEVER been on the same paper... they subtract money out of my account and I have Stopped the debit order... When I call the gym they say I never cancelled although I never started there... When I ask proof of that contract they never send it ... They avoid it, but keep subtracting money out my account... PLEEEEEASE HELP... This is *****!!!!
