Bathroom facilities beneath basic hygiene standards.

The current state of bathroom hygiene is disgusting, with unpleasant urine smells. There are mops and buckets in plain view, indicating a lack of proper housekeeping. The toilets are not clean at all, and there are signs of pests (****roaches and other insects), in the restroom. Not even the blinds are properly hung, which shows a lack of overall maintenance. Dont understand why you need to pay to use facilities that's far beneath basic hygiene standards.
