Worst of the Worst

This is my second review of Quest in the space of 6 months.And they definitely deserve a zero rating.

I don’t think they know what they are doing at Quest honestly. Firstly they will drag your claim (third party) for a good 6/7 months and then you have to chase them around for updates on the matter. When they finally call you they will tell you different stories( I have literally spoken to 3/4 people) who have told me different updates. Not to mention the continuous changing of people working on your matter, First I got an email from Cherie, then Darshan(who later resigned) then I dealt with Abigail who now tells me she is no longer doing OMI books (whatever that is) either Palesa or Yolanda will update me but wait weeks later I have not received any updates from either one of them. Before all of that it took me writing a review here on Hello Peter to have things moving a bit now again here we are no update, no calls or emails just me waiting on my excess to be reimbursed.

Honestly if I was Naked I would consider the Quest/Naked relationship because this is not how you provide customer service.
