Worst company in dealing with clients ever

I got bumped by someone as my car was idling stationery. The guy had third party and we agreed that he will use his insurance. I submitted all the paperwork they needed only for them to request the same papers after a month. I did submit again ant they said they will come back to me in 45-60 working days. After those days they gave me an offer that was way below the quotation and disregarded some of the damages as a result of the accident. The offer was not enough and I called a guy called Nigel Panther who was rude to me and in his words he said I will not enrich you but put the car in the condition it was before. I then called and spoke to the team leader Given Monyahi who wasn’t helpful in reassessment of the damage and referred me to Clinton Pillay the assessor. The assessor based his assessment on the prices for only one garage, Speedway. I contacted speedway with the hope of finding the parts for my car at the named prices but unfortunately they had no parts and I am still waiting for them to have those parts. I was left with no option than to refuse the offer and call them to reassess. I called Given again and he said I should email him again. I sent several emails without response. I have been calling and Given was not in office or he was on calls until they changed him. From June 2021 until now my car is still not fixed. I need to travel for holidays but then the car has been been there only doing short distances.
