Unhappy client

Where do I even begin I have a car claim with Quest. Which started in June. On the 30th of July I was told to wait for 30 working days and my money will be in my account on the 30th day. Now after 30 days + Quest is not sending my money. The gentleman that's dealing with my case says his still waiting for my banking details to be cleared but he doesn't want to take accountability of when will I get my money. I was involved in the accident on the 25th of January and only in June was my claim accept. They very ***** and I'm drained
