Unfriendly and unhelpful
Quest Claims has been most unhelpful, and their communication is extremely poor. After months of trying to process a third party claim, my case has been passed between FIVE different consultants and still I am no further along than day 1. I am at my wits end. They have made an already traumatic experience 10x worse. Would not recommend using Quest Claims!
