Unfair handling of 3rd Party Claims

My vehicle was involved in an accident on the freeway, where a driver swiped my driver side mirror and dented my cars fender. He admitted openenly to both myself and the police report that he had lost concentration and collided into me. I submitted my documents to Quest Claims 2 times, due to the case being passed to different consultants and them not processing and losing documents. 3 months later (with an apparent 30 day turn around time) i finally recieve a settlement offer for the damages. Which consists of my settle amount being reduced to 60% (due to the outcome of the accident being partially being my fault for someone knocking my car) as well as 60% of the damages of their insured's being deducted from my entitled amount, which left me with a grand total of R3000 to complete my repairs, of which I already had to cough up over R1000 to get quotations from work shops for this claim, resulting me in recieveing an amount of R2000 to complete repairs worth R15 000 + for something I am not liable for. Amazing ethics from such a "bespoke" company
