I was assisted by a gentleman called Bongani Ajudante, who's customer care skills were a breath of fresh air. the Third-party claims process is a frustrating and tedious. He did not only thoroughly explain the process but also assisted me providing names and addresses of the panel beaters that are affiliated to his company.
