Terrible service rude over the phone

I have never worked with people as rude as the people from here, refuse to give you a call back to update you on a 3rd party claim, instead give you a date and say you can call them you are not a client, been given a feedback date only for them to tell me I need to wait another day, what happens after that day? will I need to wait another, if I have been given a date by when i will received feed back I expect them to stick to the date provided. they are rude over the phone, and not helpful. they cant stick to their dates provided and just move the date to a later date when it arrives.
