REALLY *********** SERVICE!!! THIS IS MY 4TH COMPLAINT HERE AS I CAN NEVER GET THROUGH to the staff handling the claim! Next month will be a year for my 3rd party claim and I haven't even received a finalised settlement yet! It took 8 months to receive a claim which i disputed in January 2023. I was told that the claim is waiting to be authorized and snce then I received no communication. My claim was apparently passed down to the 3rd person now, Agreement Chauke which I never heard from since then! I emailed him 3 times now for feedback on the claim and received no response. The broker tried calling him numerous times and he never answers. If i never follow up, i never receive communication. I wasn't even informed the 2 times my claim has been passed on to another. Only when I made contact then I was informed and then that person will provide me with feedback! WHAT IS THE HOLD UP ON THE CLAIM? I WANT SOMEONE IN A HIGHER POSITION TO CONTACT ME ASAP! THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE AND IS REALLY CAUSING ME A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE!
