Rude and Unprofessional

we have submitted all the required documents that they needed together with statements from our witnesses yet we being sent from pillar to post from one consultant to the other , our emails are not being rep**** to....Naseeba Valli & Tebogo Nkambule seem not to know what they are doing ...poor service and very bad attitude
