Quest claims solutions violating POPIA

I had a negative experience with this company and would not recommend them. I was in an accident and collided with another vehicle. Quest claims solutions contacted me today via WhatsApp, while contacting my mother at the same time. They do not have permission to contact my mother or use her number at all. Yet they continued to do so without giving me adequate time to respond. PII is important and violating privacy POPIA agreements and contacting someone without authority to use their no. Is not acceptable. Under the POPIA act it is not legal for a third party to contact a relative using their personal information without consent. There was also no need to do this given I had been contacted at the same time. It would have been appreciated to give me a chance to respond before contacting my family members without consent. This situation makes me very concerned with this company's policies .
