Quest Claim Solution is not assisting me at all

I had an accident 3 weeks ago I have been following up my claim everyday and till date nothing has been done to fix my car. I spoke to Myron van Heerden the agent have sent numerous emails to follow up and no response received. I was given a landline to call that actually does not even go through. Can this company please fix my car that is all I need the inconvenience they put me through and their client hit my car at the back and now they just refuse to fix my car. this is a call of desperation to hello peter to please assist me i feel very bul**** here with no assistance. claim number in reference is SPM701791
