Quest

An insured bumped into our parked vehicle 11 January 2023 already. Followed the lengthy process. Submitted the signed offer, which is about 50% of the quoted damage and months after quoted. Hoping to still be able to find second hand spares. Upon calling to confirm date of paying the scandalous offer, I was referred to the insurer. Upon calling them, they claim they have no information on the payment. Calling Quest again, requesting to speak to a manager, all are on a conference until Monday. Requesting to speak to the consultant, I was told that she is busy on a call and I have two options: either call back or leave a message. And no, I do not have the option to hold on for the consultant. Needless to say that the communication from Quest is non existing either. Hope you guys keep it up at this rate and that you will be able to have the same amount of employees, who render this ******* as service so they can earn a salary. You guys have zero empathy.

Thank you Mary Ann for your phone call. I appreciate the way you approach situations. The sad part is that my signed offer was mailed on 28 June 2023 but only submitted to Old Mutual for payment on 11 July 2023. Two weeks, approximately, after receiving the offer. This resulted in the expected receipt of payment by middle August 2023, where it was expected by end July 2023. Still awaiting a phone call from the consultant. This might not happen as they NEVER call back. Once again Mary Ann, I appreciate your approach, help and angle to assist to the best of your ability.
