Poor customer and communications skills and Delay with 3rd party claim.

It's amazing to see all these great reviews your company received today, while I can't agree with any of them. 60 business day later I am yet to provide a good review on your company. When will you be providing these excellent services to me aswell or are only some people entitled to this great service?? All I have received was poor communications and customer skills.
