Payment demand from 3rd Party

I just want to compliment Lee-Hing on her swift response to a query which I was trying to resolve since the 9th of March 2023. She took ownership of the matter and directed the email to the relevant parties involved. I could advise the client this matter is now with the correct people and this gave the client peace of mind.
