Pathetic Service

I have been phoning and phoning wrt feedback about my claim , each time I phone Veronica says she will get back to me at said time and it just never happens which mean I need to phone again and again. I don't really think it's acceptable , I personally work with people and queries every day and when I say I'll get back to someone at a said time I do it even if I don't have any information, I will let the customer know that I am busy with their query its only courtesy.

Please can you advise how far this is , it's been more than a month now already and I haven't been getting any feedback regarding my claim or how far it is , it's not your fault but surely you can at least keep me updated.

This is not on , its been more than a month already and im just getting the run around its pathetic to say the least
