Pathetic Service at its best
Pathetic Service at its best The experience has been astonishingly poor and cold. Claims process extremely unfriendly and drawn out. After waiting out the 45 days as requested received no further feedback. Upon asking for feedback, I get told they haven’t made a decision yet and not willing to commit to a timeframe. Can’t believe that brands like Old Mutual would associate with your service.

Here we are a month later or rather 5 months later and still no resolution.
I am utterly disgusted and disappointed at the appalling service I have received from you. Despite following all the necessary procedures. I have been treating with complete disregard. The entire experience has been frustrating, stressful and utterly disappointing. It has been mishandled from begin to finish, with constant delays and unhelpful response from your representatives. I would rate you zero if I could. I hope this review is helpful to someone else and other companies.
