Nontombi Thabana was the worst person to deal with, I had to deal with quest, as a third-party claim, I was an innocent victim, yet the intensive admin and lack of respect from Nontombi who ignored my requests for clarification numerous times. My vehicle was damaged in a car park; this company closed the claim without contacting me. Nontombi told me several times to call her on email, I called multiple times since 12 August, to date no response. I posted on their social media and got the generic, we are so sorry to hear response!
